Calvin sent you a message.
Carol Driver Torello and I are organizing a "DHS class of 74 FB and friends" get together at my home in Decatur next Friday night June 26th from 7 to 10 (or later if we are having too much fun). My lovely wife, Jennifer, has consented to this party and I have assured her that it will be a trouble free evening for her. We would like for everyone to bring your favorite munchie, cake, pie, cookies, chips, dips, etc. and your favorite drink. We will provide a few ice chests with ice, but if you would like to bring an ice chest please do so. I will provide paper goods and plastic utensils. We will gather on my back patio around my pool. It will be hot so dress comfortably...t-shirts, shorts, and flip flops preferred. Just in case we have a large crowd, please bring a chair.
I have messaged only a few of you and would like for you to forward this message to all of our classmates and FB friends That way no one will be left out. If there are any classmates who are not on FB (shame on them), please invite them as well. My wife and I would like for everyone to RSVP so that we can see what we have gotten ourselves into. :^D
Directions to our home:
Take the Beltline to Westmead Drive. Turn onto Westmead in between Burger King and Shelton's Funeral home. Go to the second stop sign, which is Auburn Drive and turn right. Take Auburn past the school and into City View Estates. Once you pass the City View Estates entrance take the first street to the right, which is Weatherly Circle. Our home is the first house on the right, 1914 Weatherly Circle. I am very excited and look forward to seeing everyone. We hope to make this a regular thing.
